      Pros

      The pay was good for what I was hired to do. The corporate office location was easy to get to in north Arlington.

      Cons

      The company has good intentions/mission/vision but does not put the right people in management to follow thru. Either you are "in" and treated great or "out" and can do nothing right. It is a very stressful place to work.

      Great team work, management listens to what you have to say. Education is great!

      I would say probably just patient census at times when holding a lot that are admitted.
