Pros
Financially strong, nice friendly coworkers, work/ life balance in some positions, some good benefits like healthcare and retirement, nice new building (but they won't allow remote work bc they just spent $100m on it), I had a couple really great bosses throughout my time here (most were micromanagy ones). You can have a nice career here if you keep your head down, don't say anything constructive or negative, and you don't care about pay or being treated with respect.
Cons
They don't listen to or care about employees, they do not pay well at all, some benefits are sorely lacking - like the vacation policy and remote work options. Mgmt is very two faced, they will smile to your face and trash you behind your back, HR is HORRIBLE, there only job is to not pay you and keep you down. Between mgmt and HR, if you don't drink the koolaid, you are blacklisted from any opportunities.
