Pros

They really work with your schedule and it's very easy to get a shift picked up or to pick up if you need extra cash. The food is great, I'm still not sick of it, and the kitchen is very clean. The atmosphere is generally laid back. People help each other out if you're in the weeds. Food always gets expoed and ran very quickly. Back work and Front work are pretty easy compared to some other restaraunts, and closing doesn't take too long.

Cons

Tipshare! It really sucks to work so hard and then give SO much of your tips away at the end of the night, especially when a) There is no rotation with the hosts, therefore they can seat you as much or little as they'd like.. (buy them a pack of smokes, and you'll make money. Otherwise, good luck...) b) you have to pre-bus your tables to the point where all that is left is glasses and bread plates before a busser will touch them, and it generally takes them FOREVER to do even that. Also, when you drop cash and give tip share at the end of the night, you have to round up/down. So if it's a 9.50 tip share, you give them 10 bucks. It seems to always round up... which adds up after a while. The sections are small (2-4 tables max), which can cut back on your tips if you're used to bigger sections, but you can still walk with a bill on the weekends. Weeknights are much less busy, and again, your pay depends on the generosity of a 16 year old little girl who is too busy flirting and doing homework at the host stand to keep up with who should be sat next. One more thing- the formality of it. You have to repeat "the story" to every guest (which gets old, espeically when they've already heard it from the host AND the manager). We get shopped a lot, so you have to suggest everything perfectly (2 specific drinks, appetizers, etc.) That's fine, but I think it turns a lot of customers off, especially ones who come in a lot and know the drill.
