      Pros

      When they see PH team doing teamwork they gave bonus right away. Salary increase.

      Cons

      Profanity and racism. Do not have systematic training. Blaming employees not working even with proof of work/output. Not willing to hear your side. They terminate whenever they want to if they do not personally like you. Also, TRS will not give your last pay even work is rendered.

      Rasict, profanity, unprofessional. Spoken down to religiously. I’ve seen so many employees hired and hired within weeks.

      Rate increase as per performance given by the boss, bonus given from time to time, birthday bonus, survey per quarter, weekly salary.

      Cons

      Racial discrimination by on-site employees, bonuses/incentives not given as promised after survey/one-on-one interview/feedback, no paid leaves, and other benefits, no HR department, can be moved to a different task/role outside of scope immediately and can be terminated anytime.
