      Everything if you do not know Spanish They will dog you and treat you like crap... Hispanic foremen are racist toward blacks and whites and if your Mexican and don’t know Spanish they really treat you like crap and they favoritism DO NOT WORK HERE

      The door is wide open for opportunities. It doesn't matter whether you walk in the door as a inexperienced guy looking for a paycheck to make ends meet, if you focus work hard and continually show progression, ambition and responsibility, upper management will give you a opportunity to become more successful within the company.
