I can’t think of a single one. The environment was awkward and I didn’t stay long enough to reap any benefits.
Cons
I worked here for only a couple of months… if that. I was basically forced to give estimates to people over the phone despite having limited knowledge. I often had to tell people that the company wouldn’t even give them an estimate if they weren’t prepared to spend over like 20k on a project, basically telling them they were too poor for the company to even give them a damn estimate! It was so awkward and awful and as expected most customer would get upset with me. When I tried to provide solutions to some issues I was having with the role I was basically told by Michael, the owner, that my job could be replaced with AI/a computer. I didn’t stay much longer after that.
