      It’s a good entry level program where you can explore what you want to do

      Cons

      It’s two years but each year requires you to move to the most random places other than Fort Worth.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
