No clear direction. Massive nepotism. They recently laid off approx 250 people, but hired a second CEO. Cybersecurity is a shambles - they did hire a CISO, but he left again within a couple of months. Firing of leaders who disagree with senior leadership over the slightest thing is commonplace - everyone is walking on eggshells that they might be next. This leads to inertia, as no-one wants to be the one to put a step wrong. The company has grown massively through acquisition, but this leads to lots of bloat at the top. There is a culture of long office hours (lots of people still working at 7pm), but no corresponding reward. There is lots of emphasis on company-wide OKRs, but this doesn't seem to actually filter down to the teams doing the work.
