Pros
Most of the people I worked with were very nice and supportive. They had good medical / dental and perks that came with the job.
Cons
This is the worst hotel management company I have ever worked for. Management tends to be strictly directive, and give orders without really giving much explanation or context, and did not empower their employees to do basic tasks that most hotels would allow. This resulted in aggravated guests, and employees having to either make up a story as to why this is and how that is, since the only other reason they have is "because my manager said so." This is not how a hospitality operation should run. This was reflected in our service scores. On top of that, since people cannot make a decision, that means that they need upper management to help them - but those managers are almost nowhere to be found, because they are on the other side of the property handling something that the team member should have been allowed to handle (but didn't, for fear of being written up).
