Really not going to recommend lot's of cons nothing to add in pro's 1. Favouritism - Lots of female employees get favour from the operational head. 2. No on time salary 3. They will utilise your ability to keep client for the 3 months and maximum 6 months later on they will highlight that your performance is not up to the mark you are on PIP (Performance Improvement Period) and later on they will fire you in short Hire- Use - Fire policy. 4. No extra benefits like overtime money 5. With in a 6 months joining saw 15 roles hired and fired or left thier job with the same experienced person also left the job because of poor management system. 6. Operational head and delivery head majorly works from home and when they visit office they don't give their time to talk with employees regarding problems internally they are facing, Also they only talk with their favorite ones '. 7. Legendary politics and toxic work culture company 8. Invest your time, energy and money to reach office wisely everyone in a office is a white collar thieves who look to steal your work credits. 9. This company is also not friendly with a religious perspective lots of words heard against other religions. 10. The office boy gets more leaves than you work as an employee. 11. The kitchen has no separate veg non veg area and everyone cooks in the same microwave along with same plates available in the kitchen. Always a stinky smells realised inside no fresheners are installed or changed on time. 12. Every time I hear an issue for tissue and toilet problems because for men and women they have a common toilet. 13. They will also hold their salary for more than 3 months from the day you resign so If you are solely a responsible bread earning person in the family I would like to say please don't join. Actually they don't care about their employees. 14. They will also tell you to work when you are on a leave or when it's a weekend with an extract mark you worked for only 2 hours no need to add in compensation off for the half day.
