We value everyone’s opinion and act quickly on feedback we receive. To address one of your comments directly, the survey you referenced asked employees about their feelings about returning to work a couple of days per week in a hybrid model; to learn how we could strike the right balance between work from home flexibility and in-person collaboration; and to get ideas on how we could make in-office work time more valuable. Research shows and I firmly believe that there is enormous value in face-to-face collaboration. We will do a follow up survey in a month to see how our employees felt about our two day per week, in-office test. Indications from the first survey wave were that about 5% of the team wanted to work 100% remotely. In fact, the majority thought 2 days per week in the office was the right amount.
