Pros
Company is hugely understaffed, so you get to try on and tackle many different things. Good benefits to be honest & you also get massage credits (not a lot though)
Cons
Crazy office politics. Non-sensical company structure (3 account directors in a 20 people office - wtf?). Terrible pay. President makes you show up at 9am on the dot and gets furious if you don't. I was negotiating salary with him & he thinks 5k extra per year is extraordinary. When he offered me that I took it as an insult... Definitely a cheap person. President also engages in questionable practices against the clients & charges them unreasonable fees. I'm surprised the clients stayed with this company for so long. Turnover here is very high and there's definitely a reason for that. As I said, good place to launch your career in digital marketing but not staying. President thinks this is the best company in the world but he has 'no idea why people continue leaving'. Well if you start working here, you'll figure that out yourself.
