Pros
- The company has recently been taken over by a management company - RBH, which means they are quite strict when it comes to their policies and puts forward a great employee benefits scheme. No theft or being underpaid from higher management. - Weekly meetings with managers from other faculties to understand the ongoings of the business. -Staff food and 50% b/b. -Beautiful space to work in -Great work life balance.
Cons
- As a manager, ordering and planning future events became quite hard due to insufficient funds/bureaucracy. There were many times where our suppliers had refused to deliver to us. - The actual design of the restaurant/bar is beautiful but so inefficient and can be quite problematic. - When we started there, there was a strong ethos to by local seasonable sustainable - which quickly flew out the window as time went on.
