Poor Management (Managers would flirt with you and shifts would be extremely unorganized) (Sexual harassment but managers would not fix the problem), Toxic Peers (Managers and coworkers talked down on you and gossiped way too much)(Immature management staff, petty), No Advancement (If you did not speak Vietnamese, there was no guarantee that you would be promoted)(Promotion is based on favoritism rather than the quality of work), Stingy (Refused to change or modify drinks for customers)(Gatekeeped basically all ingredients even if the customer was willing to pay for more in their drink)
