Anvil is an exciting place to work, as we are in an extremely unique industry subset and the focus on world events and how they affect our clients are the topic of daily meetings.
Anvil strives to be a fun place to work and accomplishes this with events almost monthly in the office and quarterly team activities to keep morale high. There is a lot of flexibility with schedules and salaried employees are able to work from home once a week which is a huge benefit on top of unlimited PTO.
I have worked for very large companies in the past where you feel like a number and that is not the case here. We have a very open and honest culture that is close knit and the opportunity to grow as a company and a team is unlimited in my opinion.
The management team is focused on the growth of the employees and the shifts needed internally in order to grow the business. They value our opinions and give us control over the dynamics and a say in what we feel we need in order to be successful.
Cons
There are the typical growing pains of any small company but the upside is that management is aware and constantly asking for feedback from clients and employees on how to better the company as a whole. Since I've been employed here, there have already been numerous changes to not only policies and procedures but our culture and team environment.
