Pros
The company knows what reputation means. Even though my opinion is a bit biased because of my position, I can assure you that people here are full of integrity and value autonomy, accountability, and growth.
Cons
The main cons are the deficit of offline collaboration and maybe gatherings with the team once in a while. Don't get me wrong, this doesn't affect on performance, but more of a personal desire.
