It was OK to work for them at the beginning

Dishonest company owner .He lie about a lot of things. Some information on their website are not accurate. Do not work for this company. The owner of the company has been owing employees severance pay for over a year now. I was one of the employees who got laid off but never received my severance pay.

They are trying to improve on how to support better their employees.

Since I've start working on this company, I never ran out of complains. When the management fixed my complain then there's another one coming. But don't get me wrong I am a type of person which not comfortable on complaining to my employer it just I can not bear the things how this company is doing to his employees. To give a few of them: Salary is delayed, T4 is wrong, health insurance is deactivated without you knowing, etc..
