Pros

The titles given to some associates would look great on a resume.

Cons

Clint Borgen has set up a ponzi scheme by using unpaid interns to make himself look good. Each intern is required to complete 250 hours at the Borgen Project. You get fancy titles such as HR intern or International Affairs intern. What you dont get is an enriching experience relevant to your title. The majority of your time is spend posting positions on idealist for "Regional Directors" who actually do nothing but phone into the national call once a week.

Pros

Interviewed with a woman who was super nice and polite! Mostly behavioral questions.

Cons

The internship itself had very repetitive tasks and didn't provide a lot of learning.
