      Pros

      I don't think this organisation has any pros. They don't pay you any basic wage and its purely on commission.

      Cons

      They make you work purely on commission and if they ever have to pay you some hourly amount, they freak out. This is worst organisation to work for. The management is all desi and have a similar mindset. Better stay unemployed than working for this organisation.
