      Pros

      Good team Doesn't feel overly hierarchical like some agencies Great clients Room for growth and development Regular recognition for hard work (open to all) Flexibility to work across a number of projects and teams so varied work and clients

      Cons

      Work comes in peaks and troughs can be manically busy for a long time which can be stressful. Some teams can be a bit siloed Poor and confusing onboarding process Some processes (especially admin) are a bit outdated but these are being worked on and some have been improved since I've been here
