      a fair latitude to operate at the operational level

      Cons

      -old work tools and lack of training/growth opportunties -it's a family-owned business with the active involvement of the family, so there isn't a lot of room for upward contribution and sometimes decisions that appear distant to operating conditions are made by its leadership - pay is not competitive but the business is also struggling with legacy issues so this is understandable
