We strive to provide a positive and supportive work environment for all our team members and take concerns and complaints very seriously. Thank you for pointing out some of the hurdles you encountered. Leadership is looking into the concerns raised and are taking steps to address them. The Canton Group truly does have an open-door policy, with multiple avenues of reporting concerns, with one of those avenues being completely anonymous.
