Plenty of training and development for their employees. A clear and honest approach to the business with bith their customers and their employees in mind. Top notch working conditions. Unlike some large companies the senior managers do not watch from afar. They get stuck in at the heart of the business helping and mentoring the department managers to fine tune their process to acheive the best for the business and the customers.

I can honestly say I cannot think of any cons. The recent move to become a part of the Sytner used car group is very exciting and i can't wait to see what the future brings for this company.

Absolutely awful company to work for, poor pay for the hours worked. Managers are all a joke who seem to enjoy embarrassing and humiliating staff in public break rooms. Company has a serious problem in regard to bullying and sexual harassment, but yet this seems to just get brushed to one side and ignored. A member of staff that they employed was fired from their old job for taking pictures up women’s skirts, but yet the Car People seem to be happy for this type of person to work for them... I would seriously advice anyone considering a job with this company to avoid. It’s the worst place I have ever worked.
