Pros
CEL treats their members with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the respect they deserve and that makes employees incredibly proud and satisfied. High standards, creating room for upward growth, integrity, quality, and unbelievably generous PTO - the whole office is closed for a week at Thanksgiving and Christmas, which is unheard of and appreciated.
Cons
Growing pains; CEL is actively working toward an inclusive, collaborative way of doing things and letting go of "how it's always been done," which has included some challenging transitions and departures.
