      Good place to start. The pay is not bad but not all that great either you will learn a few things working there

      Not a place u want to spend your whole working life if you don't plan to advance yourself in the company.

      Pros

      The benefits. Closing working with the employees and manager if you get along with them. Building bonds with the customers. Kind of flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Pay, lazy management, cheap company. Terrible hours. Managers take all the good hours and csrs are stuck with bad schedules. If someone calls off you are stuck working open to close shifts. Doesn't pay what's owed to employee(s). Always "changing"/making up new rules.
