Pros
The only pro is free food, but I heard from work friends that they stopped this and you had to pay for it.
Cons
Racist environment.
Treated like slaves.
Told to go breaks whenever they want, once I was told to go for an hour break 30 mins into my 10 hour shift because it wasn't busy.
Management watch you like a hawk whether they are in or not, they can access cctv through their phones and bring you up on it when they're back in or on the phone.
The majority are on a 8hr contract working 30+ hours. If you do something the manager doesn't like, then they don't give you shifts which is probably not legal.
They don't let you see the contract that you've signed and you don't get a copy.
No tips until you've memorised the drinks and food menu.
Make comments about your appearance.
