Pros
Small class size is about the only positive aspect of the school I can think of... It's good for people who don't have any education backgrounds.
Cons
It's a very uncomfortable place to work if you are not Christian and/or conservative. Curriculum is the most restrictive compared to other schools and there is no room for authenticity, creativity or uniqueness. Parents are generally supportive, but some are very difficult to work with. Consequences for student behavior is not consistent. Do a lot of research before accepting a position here. There is little room for advancement and the staff is not always supportive of one another (varies by grade and department). Extremely LOW pay.
