It was great when I worked there; decent benefits and I had a great manager, but I think it took a really long time to get a much-deserved raise.

Not a lot of transparency from the leadership team.

I very much enjoyed working with the team and the vision for the company. I was confident that the team was driven to succeed, and I had the opportunity to build relationships with inspiring personalities.

With quick growth comes unpredictable challenges. This wasn't unique to The Clymb and is similar to the start-up community, but it's important to anticipate this working culture. The main reason I cannot recommend this employer to a friend is due to it's unpredictable nature.
