The Cocktail is one of the most famous and big design consultancies in Spain and this is why this place is a kind of a gas station. Is a place that you stay for a while and get some fuel to go ahead.
Cons
The Cocktail is a place that just let you by your own. They have a lot of initiatives to create the idea that something good for the team is happening but no one of those ideas survive more than 4 months. They just put you to work and let you go when you starts to realize that they will not give you any motive to stay. No salary adjustments, no position review. The turn over is really huge and sometimes this overloads the team with extra work. Is a very horizontal company when you need any help to make your job done but when you need something from the company they use the same excuses that every big company has: "We don't have money", "We need more time to evaluate your position", "We need to show your profile to the board, and than they will decide about your position", "let's make this another one-year carrer plan". If you are a Mid-Senior looking for a place to grow, it's better to try another place.
