Pros
Great people who work hard, very hard both onsite and HQ. The onsite teams go above and beyond for people. There are a lot of benefits, and (compulsory) annual company away days.
Cons
'Culture' is a very toxic word. If you see or hear anyone utter the words 'relentless' and 'culture' RUN! do not even think twice about it. Those who do fantastic work are underpaid. The ones who love their 'banter' and nepotism are grossly overpaid. But hey, if you love the occasional big lavish parties, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, there are a few unsavoury people who work there with a weird god complex where positions get to their heads. No regard for your mental health here. If you have a problem, personal or professional beware....they might be inclined to throw this back in your face one day.
