Pros
There are solid teams in almost every department. The compass has excellent benefits and work/life balance is good. Very encouraging and friendly staff. Great global missions work and support of missionaries.
Cons
HR needs work. Hiring/firing could be done much better. Not very good at promoting or incentivizing currently employees. The retention rate seems to be trending down because of this. The church could be doing a lot more to reach the local community.
