      Pros

      I had such a wonderful experience working at The Conference Forum. Everyone who worked there were truly a pleasure and so helpful and accommodating. As an Intern for the year on my Grad Visa, the team took me in as one of their own and ramped me up on everything there was to know. My role included a variety of things including onsite pre-conference logistics and support, social media marketing, maintaining relationships with various media partners and much much more. I could not recommend this company more, the atmosphere, the people, the ethos - everything was fantastic!

      Pros

      I enjoyed every aspect of working at The Conference Forum. I truly believe that one of the things that made it most enjoyable were the people working there, they were incredibly supportive and helpful, especially my direct bosses Allyson and Bre! The work was always engaging and felt very worth while. Additionally, I learned an incredible amount and left with knowledge that I will carry with me to all positions in the future. I hope to work with this team again one day!

      Pros

      Great co-workers, fun to go to conferences in different places!

      Cons

      Leadership is arrogant and not interested in developing talent. They will never do things any other way than how "it's always been done." No real vision. Lots of turnover. Marketing positions are really sales positions. There is no mentorship, guidance, or growth from within.
