Pros
Decent discount, as long as you aren't management the majority of people you work with are great. Took away some lifelong friends from working there, again- none being of management.
Cons
TCS is similiar to being part of a cult; do as they say, look as they say, act as they say, forget about who YOU are be exactly who THEY want you do be. That is what it takes to work at TCS.
