awesome employee discount many good products for purchase staff is filled with amazing and hard workers

-company is very behind the times, particularly with technology. almost nothing works the way it's supposed to and technology is inherently flawed. technology is rolled out before it's ready -extremely insincere and deceptive atmosphere. we are constantly told how "great" TCS is to work for when almost all of my coworkers feels extremely under valued and taken advantage of. working conditions do not align with the "core principles" of the company and/or store. -management does not schedule breaks for shifts under 6 hours and has even denied me of my 15 minute break, which is against the law in my state. -poor communication from company and management. -company and my store does not listen to concerns and complaints from customers, until it's too late. -new policies and procedures that start are frequently not with the employees, or even the customers, best interest at heart. -1=3 (1 great employee equals 3 good employees) is just a way to say "we're going to work great employees as much as 3 good employees" which frequently leads to burnout and mistakes from employees constantly being overworked. -health insurance is not great. -dress code does not have the employees health and well-being in mind. we are required to wear black shorts and pants no matter the weather, and we go outside very often. wearing pants and a black shirt in 100°F weather is a recipe for heat stroke and heat exhaustion.
