Very flexible for taking semesters off, beautiful grounds!

The ceramic studios and kiln yard are a bit disorganized.

Many of the employees are a pleasure to work with; the offices located at Laguna Gloria are beautiful.

Lack of diversity; very few accessible community opportunities; supports few Texas artists. Lack of industry-standard expertise among org leadership; business plans are created & executed on a whim with no footing. Unethical business practices in multiple areas. Coupled with stubborn egos across the leadership team, the org is set up to fail (evidenced by the significant financial deficit recorded on the 990s). Advice for prospective applicants: monitor the org for another year or two to gauge progress in business functions.
