Pros
I had a good experience in the beginning of my time here. It went downhill from there as more work came and the resourcing was not planned out well. I did love the team I was with and felt respected by them
Cons
I did feel listened too from my manager but sometimes felt like my thoughts landed in deaf ears from some higher ups. Some politics involved as majority of the company came from another company. Watch out who you talk to because it may circle around and bite you. Very little guidance from HR about benefits, PTO, 401K They handled the lay-offs poorly.
