Pros
Experience for your resume. The job can be somewhat laid back if the traffic isn't high that day.
Cons
So many cons. 1. They do not pay. When I would interview potential candidates for the job, 99 percent would decline once they heard about the minimum wage pay. I myself had to ask for a raise to 11.50 as a sales rep. The low salary they gave me, combined with never leaving on time and having consistent employees you could trust to leave alone. 2. The Stagnant Leadership Team: The company has had the same group of men who at one point were very successful salespeople, in the 90's that is. The regional managers are all more of that same vibe, only younger. They push for more of the same failed tactics. 3. The commission structure: They always found ways to never pay you, and the structure is all based around New Activations, but in reality you'll be dealing with existing customers the majority of the time.
