I didn't see any opportunity for development or training during my time. No work feedback was given to me, yet the quality of my work was supposedly a reason I was let go, along with asking too many questions. Unclear hierarchy. The manager I was contracted to report to was on a separate project for the duration of my employment. My project manager was often out of the country and the team lead could rarely answer my questions. Not a great work culture. The MD gave a talk to everyone after it was noticed some people liked to sit in their car before starting work, saying this wasn't allowed and if you are a "9-5" person you won't last in this company. Not a lot of care seems to be given to people's lives outside the company as overtime is expected and could easily run to 7-8 pm.

Great company working on amazing projects. Lots of personal and professional development opportunities available if you are willing to commit. Very good salary and benefits package.
