      Pros

      Great coworkers, involved leadership, and the company fosters an environment that is conducive to improving your tradecraft and learning constantly.

      Cons

      Low pay, difficult rotating shift, the two of those made the work life balance not worth staying. I would have stayed if the pay was better and I had to work a rotating shift, or if I had the base pay with no rotating shift, but not both.

      Pros

      This company had me do a 45 minute assessment. I then received a phone interview Human Resource. She told me that she was going to follow up but I never heard back from her after a 30 minute phone screen.

      Cons

      Stop being inconsiderate and unprofessional. If someone takes the time to do an assessment and a phone interview that least you can do is follow up with them.I see why this company have such a high turnover.
