Collaborative team, encouraging environment by Sr. Staff and Executive Director. Everyone dedicated to museum's mission, are professional and know how to have fun as well. All the staff values education, science and critical thought. Work Life Balance best I've experienced. The Executive Director is a great communicator, inspiring and appreciating all staff.

Communication can be a bit last minute, as with all rapidly growing organizations. Not really an issue. Frankly, I can't really think of any cons to report.
