It is a fast paced environment and not for anyone who is not willing to put the time and effort. Most folks want high pay for minimal effort, then this is not the place for you. Work hard, have a positive attitude and you will be rewarded.

Others not wanting to do the work leaving it to the hard working ones to do it all.

The pay is the only pro I can think of. Maybe the hour for lunch too if you're full time but is it really a pro when the front door doesn't work?

If you expect training, this is bit the place for you. They talk AT you and expect you to soak in information at fast speeds, then leave you alone to do the work. The owner says questions are welcome, but that's a bold faced lie. If you ask too many questions within the span of ten minutes, she gets annoyed and frustrated, and don't get me started on the coowner. Try asking her questions and you're met with someone who clearly doesn't like their job it people. I wasn't asking for someone with a sunshine and rainbow personality, but I would have liked some respect. The place is run like a highschool, everyone there has their own clique with each other so trying to get some help while they clearly see you, is near impossible until you interrupt then and their annoyed at you. Being a receptionist also meant babysitting the back of house as well. And taking care of more than just taking dogs back, answering phones and emails and doing sales. Don't work here. That's the best thing you can do for yourself.
