Quality People, and the hotel itself is in a great location with good upkeep

Union disputes can be difficult to navigate, but still much less tenuous than other hotels in my experience.

Great benefits and opportunities. Friendly staff. Get to see lots of celebrities. Great location. Prime SoHo.

Disorganized leadership and low retention rate/high turnover amongst management. Doesn't provide incentive to stay and grow if not part of a union and also very difficult to join. But this is the hotel industry in general.
