Right intentions, poor organization and execution - Academic Coach The Ed Ladder Employee Review

As an Academic Coach, I was stationed at two charter schools and had little to no interaction with fellow Ed Ladder employees or supervisors. The charter school’s I worked at were performative and the environment was not truly conducive to helping struggling students. It was bureaucratic and the teachers often did little to nothing to actually teach students.
