      Pros

      I was working in the the Banking Finance team and worked there for 2+ years. I would definitely rate The Edge as one of the best recruitment firm I have worked . They provided me with flexibility to grow, succeed and learn from my mistakes, more so in industry like ours which is so cut throat and transactional. Management is always supportive, transparent and provides a good learning space. It provided me with valuable learnings in terms of candidate management, relationship building and offer management which is still imbibe by. Senior management are very experienced with good business ethics. Good company with good culture and values and gives you very good flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance

      Cons

      Probably could have had a dedicated L&D or HR person for any feedback or developments.

I hear you on the L and D, which is why we were pleased to hire an experienced L and D individual, with lots of experience in recruitment, in late 2021 and have now launched multiple training courses at different levels...       Pros

      I am really glad to have worked with the leadership team at The Edge Partnership, India. It has an amazing work culture that challenges you to bring the best out. They are highly patient and supportive. Edge has a collaborative work culture that inturn, promotes team work. Overtime, Edge has set high standards for Engagements. Leadership team is always available to help everyone easily to get acquainted with overall job feel. The hiring process is wonderful and easily streamlined

      A warm and dynamic community with an energetic and supportive culture. It’s a great place to learn and grow, with colleagues who are always approachable and willing to lend a hand whenever needed.

      Fast-paced(as expected). Be ready to cope with stress.
