No room for growth, no room for advancement, executive leadership could give two craps about your wellbeing, compensation is horrible, benefits are horrible, it's more about company management/consistency than it is about client care, and they take shortcuts where ever they can.
Clinical / leadership constantly undermine administrative staff. It's like walking on eggshells with passive aggressive emails, and lack of boundaries. You have to ask before you can do anything because there is no structure and your role is always changing.
