Turnovers crazy high since the very beginning 4yrs especially BO. Watching good people walk out constantly makes you wonder if you should too, Interns/new hires turn into managers in a little over a year, leading two people tops while senior managers who can't handle their own work lean on others consistently to cover them talk about "integrity" and the TEA values. Whole place feels sketchy-possible kickbacks breach of fiduciary duty or ethics issues. Too many red flags.
