Pros

- Dedicated to team and employee career growth. Changing their trajectory with each new hire, Entrust has a high ceiling with great momentum across all departments. Leadership’s pedigree and combined experience is at an all-time high. - Positive and collaborative company culture. - Education forward and dedicated to transparency. - Progressively flattening problem solving hierarchy. Good ideas or insights from non-management are starting to be heard and actioned vs. past iterations of management that solely relied on consultants or leadership to create enough momentum behind ideas for true change.

Cons

- Not the most competitive compensation, though high performance is rewarded via raises. - Being a smaller size company creates slower career growth due to fewer transformative growth opportunities compared to larger companies.

Pros

I joined The Entrust Group in March 2025 as Director of Sales with no prior finance or self-directed IRA experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with how the company set me up for success. The onboarding process was exceptional—comprehensive, well-structured, and designed to help new leaders ramp up quickly regardless of their background in the industry. What stands out most is the company's commitment to empowering its leadership team. As a member of the executive team, I've been given the autonomy and support to drive meaningful change and growth in my role. The collaborative culture and strong morale across the organization make it an energizing place to work. The benefits package is truly competitive and shows the company values its employees' well-being. This includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, STD and LTD insurance, HSA options, parking benefits, and wellness perks through WellHub. The company also invests in professional development with tuition assistance and student loan support—benefits that demonstrate a genuine commitment to employees' long-term success.

Cons

With so many opportunities to make an impact, it can be challenging to prioritize, but that's a good problem to have
