Individuals outside of leadership are wonderful and committed to the nature of their work. Work is varied and interesting.

Terrible senior leadership. Will and do not 'walk the talk' or actually care about EDI. Bigotry across a lot of characteristics. Just not EDI people. Business people who decided EDI was their niche. Bad financial mismanagement. Very very high staff turnover. Have no idea how to run a business and don't care about their people. Looks good at first but then you see big big cracks.

Friendly team who are willing to support you with everything, lots of opportunity to learn and grow professionally, in an industry where you feel you are making a difference for good.

Must wear many hats but this is to be expected and only ensures your growing professional development
