Pros
I had a wonderful experience with this organization that was largely driven by how inspiring, creative, and hard working the Farmlink community is.
Cons
The org is mainly composed of students, which is a really special experience to be surrounded by like minded young adults, but it can be difficult to balance during a full course load. Also is largely unpaid (volunteer work) but the org has worked really hard to provide all volunteers with info on how to obtain student stipends or credit.
