Pros
Working with great people that are mostly easy going. Cool work environment. Good job for a young person in their early to mid 20s (in my opinion)
Cons
Pay rate stagnant over a year and a few months with management claiming there would be a raise or at least some form of incentives pushed forward. Never happened
